This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how DataBanc, Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and portfolio companies (“Company”, “DataBanc”, “we”, “us”) collect, use, and share personal information of consumers, including consumer users of the website, http://www.mydatabanc.com (the “Site”), as well as associated products and services, including mobile applications (together, the “Services”), and applies to personal information that we collect through the Site and our Services as well as personal information you provide to us directly. This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy. Medical information, such as your body temperature, health symptoms and other screening information if you meet with us in person in connection with our health and safety plans and protocols, including screening required to access our offices/facilities and other measures designed to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 or other infectious diseases; and

Personal Information We Get From Others. We may get personal information about you from other sources, including our identity verification partners and third party data aggregators. We may add this to information we get from this Site and through our Services.
Information We Collect Automatically. We automatically log information about you and your computer, phone, tablet, or other devices you use to access the Site and Services. Subject to this Privacy Policy, our terms of use, and applicable terms and conditions of third-party applications, all data transmitted through the Site and the Services is owned by DataBanc, except data that we obtain about you through verifiable consumer requests to businesses, which is owned by you. To Provide the Services and Personalize Your Experience. We use personal information about you to provide the Services to you, including:

To Create Anonymous Data. We may create Anonymous Data records from your personal information by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the information personally identifiable to you. We use this Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Services and improve Site navigation. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Therefore, while DataBanc uses reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Please note that our Site and the Services are provided in the United States. As such, they are governed by the laws of the United States. If you use our Site or our Services, your personal information will be subject to United States law and processed in the United States or in other countries.
7. Children
Our Site and the Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and you must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use the Site or the Services. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personally identifiable information from children under 13.
