Personal Information We Get From Others. We may get personal information about you from other sources, including our identity verification partners and third party data aggregators. We may add this to information we get from this Site and through our Services.

Subject to this Privacy Policy, our terms of use, and applicable terms and conditions of third-party applications, all data transmitted through the Site and the Services is owned by DataBanc, except data that we obtain about you through verifiable consumer requests to businesses, which is owned by you. Therefore, while DataBanc uses reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Please note that our Site and the Services are provided in the United States. As such, they are governed by the laws of the United States. If you use our Site or our Services, your personal information will be subject to United States law and processed in the United States or in other countries.
